Also considering if I could even have traction to pull something like that. My 420 does have snow tracks.

Hi,
I used to live in Ice Land. We found that Ice Caulks on the tracks worked pretty well when ice covered the driveway.

I throw 2b gravel on the ice. The sunlight warms up the gravel and melts thru the ice a little. That allows the ice to break up while back dragging the blade with a fair amount of downforce, on the ice.
1956 JD420, gearmatic 8a winch, custom 6 way blade and FOPS.

I have about a eighth mile long gravel driveway. It does not work perfectly but it does provides some traction or irregular surface to walk on. Dam debug mode
1956 JD420, gearmatic 8a winch, custom 6 way blade and FOPS.
