Do you have pins & bushings available for 4 roller 420c?
Also, they do not make groused bar small enough for a 4 20c that I am aware of. Is there anything else that could substitute to build up the trousers?
What is the new groused height on a 420c?
Thank you,
Jerry

Nothing at this time, but they are in the works.
There is short grouser stock available, but I can't remember what height it is.
Original grouser pads are about 1 5/8" if I remember correctly.

Re: Early 420C Tracks
Our original dozer was a 40C and as a young teenager learning how to weld, I "built up" the grousers with rebar. We ran that dozer around the farm for about 10 yrs after that and the tracks still looked good when we sold it. Probably not the right way, but a way.

Re: Early 420C Tracks
My uncle used 3/8 square cold rolled square stock on his worn grousers and staggered them two on one pad to the outside edges and one on the next pad in the center of the grouser kinda made an ice biting track
Grandad let me operate his nearly new JD'440' crawler when I was 13yrs young, been hooked eversince

I also bought some 3/8" cold rolled stock, but never got around to welding it on.
