I am new to crawlers, always stuck to 10 & 20 series wheeled tractors up till now. I have my first, a 1010, being delivered this weekend.
Can anyone offer advise on how safe, wise to drive/turn the thing (w/grousers) on concrete and in the shop with out tearing up my shop floor? I thought of taking some 2x8's to drive on, but turning might be tough. Please offer up your advise or is it safe to drive on concrete.
Thanks and this is a great site.

It will vary with how good/hard your concrete is. Best bet is to limit turns as much as possible, and don't spin the crawler in a circle on the concrete.
On my floor, as long as I turn gradually, you can not really tell I have been on it.
