Welcome to the Boards.
It appears your dozer frame has had extra plating welded to it, which has removed some of the original clearance. You will need to tighten up the entire blade mounting system, both sides, and be sure things are centered up. When one side of the blade is open the loaded side is pushed rearward and wears "back". At the same time the opposite side is pulled forward causing wear in the opposite direction. The entire mounting frame may be loose and shifted some. Some of the bushings and pins may be available from JD. Lavoy might be able to help you with some. To truly tighten it up welding and machine work may be involved as well.
