Lavoy,
I am trying to adjust the reverser, rear clutch engagement. I open the access but find no lock pin at the adjustment nut to release. Won't turn either. Is it possible that someone was in there and installed it backwards and it's on the opposite side? Is it possible to install backwards? If so is there any way or tool or method to release it. I fear the worst...disassembly!

Jim,
It is possible to install it 1/3 of a turn off. Get a mirror and look real close before you disassemble. Also, in a pinch, you can pull the shifter cover and see a little bit.
