That gear is obsolete and hard to find. I believe that I am going to be able to make new ones, but have not had the chance to try yet.

Can I reassemble final drives and crawler and replace pinion gear at a later date, w/o tearing down everything again?

Remove Final Drive Bearing Cover and Slide Pinion Gear Out???

Yes, it will be a little bit of a pain, but can be done. Hardest part is getting the outside bearing back off.
